Music Ministry
All rehearsals will be held in the Music Room, lower level of the Church. No Preregistration. If you are interested in any of these opportunities, but cannot make rehearsal time, please call for other arrangements. We are very flexible!!
Mass Schedule
Music Ministry for Grades K-12
Tues. Sept 22- First Rehearsal
• Children’s Handbell Choir-Grades 4-6 from 2:30-3PM
• Handbell Choir Grades 7-12 from 3:15-4PM
• Children’s Handbell Choir Grades 4-6 from 4-5 PM
• Youth Choir Grades 5-8 from 5-5:45 PM
• Family Choir – Children must be accompanied by an Adult 5:45PM- pizza, 6PM rehearse, 6:45 Go home.
Wed. Sept 23-First Rehearsal
• Children’s Choir K-4 (2 rehearsal times available, choose 1)
-Session A 2:30-3 PM (immediately following school) or
-Session B 5:30-6 PM (prior to FF Class)
• Instrument Ensemble Grades 5-12 3:30-4pm (any skill level welcome!!!)
• High School Choir Grades 9-12, from 4:45-5:30 PM
Adult Music Ministry - rehearsals begin September 16.
• Adult Handbell Choirs: Wednesdays 6-7 PM
• Adult Choir (SATB): Wednesdays 7-8:30 PM
• Family Choir: Meets 3 Tuesdays, sings once a month, 4th Tuesday off. 5:45 share provided pizza, rehearse 6-6:45 PM. Rehearsal begins Tuesday, September 22, 5:45 PM.
• Adult Instrument Ensemble: Your instrument of choice is welcome. Rehearsals are limited. Please call if interested. 758-4207.
• Marthas and Vaclavs Resurrection Choir: This choir primarily provides music for our funerals. No weekly rehearsal. Please call 758-4207 if interested.
• Flute Ensemble: This group rehearses when convenient for its players. Call Deborah Prelesnik at 492-6469 or Donna Mae at 758-4207 if interested.
• Cantor: Individuals lead the congregation in sung prayer. If interested please call 758-4207 for more information.

Handbell Choirs: Ringing Handbells is fun and a great choice to become involved with Music Ministries. Each ringer is responsible for only two bells; one in your right hand, one in your left hand! Come and give it a try! All Levels Welcome!
*Children’s Handbell Choir: Grade 4-6- Rehearsals are: Tuesday 2:30 - 3:15PM Or Tuesday 4:00-5:00PM
*Youth Handbell Choir: Grades 7-12- Rehearsal: Tuesday 3:15-4:00PM
Youth Instrument Ensemble:
Grade 5-12- All levels and all instruments welcome Rehearsals: Wednesday 3:30 - 4:00 PM
Adult Handbell Choir: Ringing Handbells is a wonderful way to become involved with the Music Ministries. Each person in responsible for 2 main bells!! Ringing is fun and a great additional support to the worship experience. Come and give it a try. Handbells rehearse: Wednesday 4:00-5:00PM (Substitutes are also needed) If you are interested, and can not make this time, please call Donna Mae for other arrangements. Begin: Sept. 12th
Adult Instrument Ensemble: A variety of instruments are used throughout our church year to enhance the prayer life of our worshipping community. Your instrument of choice is welcome! Rehearsals are limited. Please call Donna Mae if interested!
Adult Choir (SATB): The Adult Choir serves the community in worship at various mass times. Rehearsal is every Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 8:30PM; singing a variety of musical styles and difficulty. All skill levels are welcome! Come and join us! Begin: Sept 12th, 7:00-8:30pm.
Marthas and Vaclavs Resurrection Choir: This choir ministers primarily at funeral masses. New members are always welcome! There are no regular rehearsal times. Let Donna Mae know if you're interested!
Cantor: Individuals who lead the congregation in sung prayer. Please call for further information and training times.
Flute Ensemble: If you play the flute, consider joining this wonderful ensemble. Rehearsals are determined by those adults involved. The ensemble joins our worship at various times throughout the year. Please call Donna Mae if interested.
