Hospital/Rehab Pastoral visits- HIPPA laws prevent hospitals, nursing homes and short-term care facilities from informing pastors and parishes when parishioners are ill or recuperating in their facilities. If you or a loved one would like a pastoral visit, please call Deacon Bob at 952-758-0463.

Communion to Homebound
When you are home-bound for a short time, or extended time, please call parish office, to arrange prayer/communion ministry to your home.
Presently we provide Communion services to Philips Square, Liberty Park, Queen's Court, Millpond apartments, Mala Strana and various homes every Sunday.
When you feel called to become a Sunday Communion minister, please call the pastoral Minister office to volunteer.
