Hospital/Rehab Pastoral visits- HIPPA laws prevent hospitals, nursing homes and short-term care facilities from informing pastors and parishes when parishioners are ill or recuperating in their facilities. If you or a loved one would like a pastoral visit, please call Deacon Bob at 952-758-0463.

Communion to Homebound
When you are home-bound for a short time, or extended time, please call the parish office to arrange prayer/communion ministry to your home. Presently we provide Communion services to Philips Square, Liberty Park, Queen's Court, Millpond apartments, Mala Strana and various homes every Sunday.
