Tuition & Financial Aid 
The cost of educate each child in our school is $5200 per year
Every family is expected to contribute to the fundraising efforts to make up for the actual cost of education and what we charge for tuition. We are grateful for the support of our parish, our surrounding Catholic parishes and generous contributors to meet our budgetary expenses so that we are able to offer the following rates to our school families.
Tuition for 2009-2010 School Year
Parishioner Rate:
$3250- K-8 full time student
M, W, F Kindergarten: $2250
4/5 Year Old Pre-K Preschool: $1275
3/4 Year Old Preschool: $855
Non-Parishioner Rate
$4200- K-8 full time student
M, W, F Kindergarten: $3200
4/5 Year Old Pre-K Preschool: $1275
3/4 Year Old Preschool: $855
Foreign Exchange Student Rate
$5000- Annual. This includes all fundraising and registration requirements.
Parishioner tuition is for those who are active members of St. Wenceslaus parish.
In addition, many of the surrounding Catholic parishes have agreed to contribute to the faith formation of their parish children in our school giving them a parish rate as well. The following parishes are included in this cooperative agreement:
St. Benedict Parish
St. Thomas Parish
St. Patrick Parish
St. John’s Parish – Union Hill
St. Scholastica Parish - Heidelberg
There are several payment options available, contact the school office with questions.
Financial Assistance- families may apply for need based assistance each spring through TADS. Please apply online or contact the office for additional information.
